
A Speciality Brainspotting Program for Brainspotting therapists who are interested in working with athletes, musicians, writers, visual and performing artists.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn directly from Ruth about the way she works with Brainspotting with elite performers and creatives, including Grammy Award Winners, New York Times Best Selling Authors, Premier League athletes and Olympians.
This online program consists of 4 (2 day) workshops and 4 (90 minute) group consultation sessions (a total of 62 hours of learning) to give you both theory and practice. You will learn in detail about how to enable your clients and yourself to resolve performance blocks as well as to enhance and expand performance. It teaches you the in-depth skills, knowledge and creative tools necessary to work effectively, with Brainspotting, with performers and to enable them to access, at will, the Flow state. Therefore, it is necessary to have completed at least Phase 1 to attend. You will have a transformative experience both personally and professionally.
Workshop 1: Developmental trauma and the adaptation of our natural gifts.
Workshop 2: Detailed look at performance gifts 1 and 2 and their adaptations. Interoceptive sensitivity and creativity.
Workshop 3: Detailed look at performance gifts 3 and 4 and 5 and their adaptations. How to enter into key Flow States at will.
Workshop 4: Brainspotting to create intertwined states and improve speed, precision and create neurophysiological Flow in performance.

Ruth is Brainspotting consultant and author, with international renown for her work with musicians, authors and premier league athletes, enabling them to overcome their performance blocks and to expand their performance.
She is currently working with clients in 25 countries across 4 continents, from Argentina to Kazakhstan, Ireland to the Philippines, Malta to China, Australia to Russia.
Many of musicians that she has worked with are from philharmonic and symphonic orchestras, including Milan, Dallas, San Francisco, Montreal, Quebec, Barcelona, Tenerife, Birmingham, Norrkopings, Euskadiko… She also works with musicians from other music genres, such as rock, jazz, blues and bluegrass, from which she has helped Grammy Award winners such as Victor Wooten.
Her clients include Best Seller writers, including number 1 best sellers of New York Times. She enables them to overcome their creative blocks and to expand their creativity.
Research on the impact of her Free to Perform program and how it uses Brainspotting with elite Judoka is currently being undertaken.
