This two-day online masterclass is for people who are working with Ruth´s books The Focal Dystonia Cure and Free to Perform.
In the class Ruth will work, using Brainspotting, individually with 4 people.
It will also provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions about their progress and personal experience with the exercises in the books.
